The Vintage Jewelry Supplies Company Inc. is the leader in handmade jewelry making supplies. We are the premier source for brass stamping components plated in rich antique patinas including oxidized sterling silver, brass and copper. We also offer many items in raw brass for artists who wish to add their own patinas. Many of the pieces we feature are still made from the original dies inspired by the Victorian period and created in the late 1800's.

 

We are a retail and web site business only. The lowest prices we can afford to offer are already listed on each item. We do not have print catalogs or a showroom.

 

•Orders received Monday through Thursday after 1:00 p.m. EST are usually processed within two business days.

•All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST on Fridays will not be shipped until Monday.

•Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday to allow the employees time to spend with their families.

 

We sell products which are produced from dies that were created as many as 110 years ago. The age of our products varies and is undetermined in most cases. Vintage means more than twenty years old. Many of our products are older than that but we do not represent any of our products as rare antiques, as the price would clearly indicate.

 

In today's disposable society we can hardly comprehend it, but when products have been in continuous production since 1891, they are not reproductions... they are simply still being produced. Many of the items from our product line were first made in the late 1800's. They are still being made in the USA or in Europe from safe materials, using the same dies today. One of the companies we deal with is owned by the great granddaughter of the man who carved some of these dies at his kitchen table in 1899.

 

Our collection includes unique glass jewelry stones and vintage beads, many of which are no longer made. If an item from our site will no longer be available after our current inventory is sold, we have almost always mentioned that fact in the description for your planning purposes.

 

When we started selling on eBay in 2000 under the name 'AccessoriesSusan', we were one of the first companies to offer jewelry components for sale on the web. After selling millions of items on eBay and other auction sites, we now sell exclusively from our own web sites. We are not affiliated with any other seller(s) or web site(s). We do not own any "ghost" web sites pretending to be authorized dealers of our products in order to charge you higher prices for the items we sell.

 

We always strive to give you the best products and service possible. If there is ever a problem with your order, please let us know in an email and we will correct it right away or give you a full refund.

 

When you shop with us, you will find beautiful beads and jewelry stones as well as thousands of the highest quality brass base metal findings and stampings made in the USA and Europe. Our plating company is the same one used by the US Navy, Nordstrom, Chicos, and the PGA. They apply our beautiful antique finishes in oxidized sterling silver, brass and copper. (OX is the industry abbreviation for Oxidized.) Nickel and lead are not used in our plating process. Please read the descriptions for the actual measurement and finish of the items pictured.

 

The scans are often magnified to show detail and it is sometimes difficult to tell the color of metal at a quick glance on some monitors. We do not guarantee that any of our items will hold up to your manipulation. If you fold, bend, wrap or otherwise change the shape of brass stampings and filigrees they often break.

 

If you buy large quantities of our items often, please email me with a list of those item numbers. Otherwise, we may run out when you need the items most.

 

Returns

 

If you are ever unhappy with the items you get from us, you may return them within two weeks, in the same condition you purchased them to the address shown on your invoice. The items need to be in their original bags with labels. Please include a note with the invoice explaining what you would like instead. (Exchange, refund, etc.) Buyer pays the cost of shipping of returns.

 

Purchases are processed and shipped in the order that they are received so it may be a couple of days before we can get to yours. Please plan your orders well in advance of the day you need them. Orders are shipped from our company headquarters and warehouse in Johnson City, TN 37604 USA.
