Shipping and returns

 First Class shipping is $3.00.

 

We do not send out shipping notices unless your order requires Priority Shipping or Express Mail.  

 

 

When you require Express Mail or any other special shipping please email us to request this service as soon as you complete your order. Express Mail within the USA is $15.00 and your order must reach us by 2PM EST to have enough time to pull your items and get the package to the Post Office in time to offer over night shipping. Please note that Express Mail may take more than one day to reach some destinations. International Express Mail is $25 and you must email us to request it as soon as you complete your order.

 

  

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Johnson City, TN, USA. We do not send you a tracking email when we ship a small First Class parcel. Orders are processed in the sequence they arrive. Your package will be shipped within three or four days... often on the same day you pay for your order.

  

We are a retail and web site business only. The lowest prices we can afford are already listed on each item. We do not have print catalogs or a showroom.

 

 

International Orders

 

If your order total is more than $150 USD, we highly recommend shipping by International Express Mail with full insurance and tracking. The charge for this service is $25.00, since we pay half the upgraded shipping for you. Please complete your order and then email me to request the invoice for special shipping. This is the safest way to ship outside the US.

  

We accept PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, on our secure link when you have completed your order. Personal and Business Checks or Money orders may be mailed to us at the address given on your invoice.  

 

  

Returns 

  

If you are ever unhappy with the items you get from us, you may return them within two weeks, in the same condition you purchased them to the address shown on the bottom of your invoice. The items need to be in their original bags with labels. Please include a note with the invoice inside the package explaining what you would like instead. (Exchange, refund, etc.) Buyer pays the cost of shipping of returns.
